I'm still here and still CLEAN!! Have had a bunch of test and procedures done. If I didn't know better I would swear this bunch of med professionals are trying their best to save my life..lol Dam good bunch that's for sure.
My liver has reached a point of leveling off. It seems the cirrhosis has stopped or my liver started working a little more. I have been sick like I had no idea a human could get. My enzymes are still off the chart but functions show that my liver is doing what it's suppose to just in a very mi-nute way. I'll take it though.
I have not found it necessary to use through all of this and that is Gods doing for sure. I always do come through the hardest time without even thinking about using. Its those everyday "life on life's terms" situations that will put me back out there in a second if I'm not spiritually fit. So I'm still doing what I did in the beginning...and it works just as it did back then.

Congrats on the 3 days! I read your intro and immediately was drawn to start reading your posts. I am an opiate addict as well. Decades of hell and just started a blog. I am in process of typing up a bunch of hand written junkie stuff, and am also posting about the suboxone tapering i have started. Stop on by or shoot me an email! I have no doubt we probably have a bunch of trial and error we could share.

Hey J thank you so much for the kind words. Sorry about taking so long to reply...good days - bad days. you know how it is...Anyway thanks also for the congrats on 3 days clean. That is only the title of the post....nearly all post titles are a song title or simply a line from a song. What ever seems to be in my head at that moment..lol usually the title has nothing at all to do with the subject of the post...I know...but I am getting better and its progress not perfection right??? lol I have been in and out of recovery since 1993,... 27 yrs. My new clean date now is Oct. 31, 2014..5 months 15 days ago. I found it necessary to use instead of wanting to recover that day....Yea Right!! I wanted to get high period!! simple as that. Hope to talk to ya some more, I did go over and checked what you have going on.. looks very impressive to me. Keep it up and thanks for helping me stay clean today!
